We process it
Your audio is transcribed and enabled features are applied. PII runs only for supported transcript languages, and skipped PII requests are not billed.
You pay per job
Each job has a minimum charge. If the calculated cost is below the minimum, you pay the minimum. No surprises.

Short audio files are billed at a minimum to cover base processing overhead. The minimum depends on which features you enable.
Premium is a standalone base tier at $0.25 with a per-job floor of $0.035. Analytics floors are $0.08 for Basic, $0.125 for Full, and $0.15 when Custom analytics is enabled.

How am I billed?
Each job is billed from your account credit balance based on the processed audio duration and the features you enable. If the raw usage total is below the minimum for that feature bundle, the minimum charge applies.
How do analytics behave on short recordings?
Analytics require at least 15 seconds of audio. Basic and Full analytics are mutually exclusive per job; Custom analytics can be added to either profile or used on its own with a domain pack.
What counts as audio duration?
We bill based on the total duration of the audio file you submit, measured in hours. For example, a 30-minute recording is billed as 0.5 hours at the combined rate of all enabled features.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The rates you see are the rates you pay. There are no monthly minimums, setup fees, or separate cancellation fees. Cancelled jobs are billed under the normal pricing rules, so cancellation stops work when possible but does not erase usage charges.
What happens if I cancel a job?
You can cancel queued or running jobs from the app or API. Tuplets does not add a separate cancellation penalty. Cancelled jobs are billed under the standard per-job pricing rules, including minimum charges where applicable.
What happens when I use up my free credit?
New accounts start with $2.50 in free credit. Once your credit balance runs out, you need to top up your account balance before submitting additional paid jobs.
Can I add more credit?
Yes. You can top up your balance through Stripe, and completed top-ups are recorded as account transactions with downloadable receipts.
How many jobs can I run at once?
Your account has a concurrency limit based on available workspace credit. New accounts start at 1 active job at a time with $2.50 in credit. Higher balances unlock 1 at $0.00, 3 at $50.00, 10 at $250.00, 25 at $1,000.00, 50 at $5,000.00, 100 at $10,000.00.
